CostAllocation Pro Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the CostAllocation Pro Affiliate Program (“Program”). By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms:

“Affiliate” means an individual or entity that has applied to and been accepted into the Program.

• “Affiliate Link” means a unique referral URL provided to you for tracking signups.

• “Commission” means the monetary compensation you earn for referrals that result in paid signups.

• “Customer” means an individual or entity who signs up for CostAllocation Pro through an Affiliate Link.

• “Program” means the CostAllocation Pro Affiliate Program.

• “Company” or “CostAllocation Pro” means the owner and operator of the SaaS product CostAllocation Pro.

2. Eligibility

The Program offers eligible CostAllocation Pro users the opportunity to earn rewards when they refer new subscribers who make a qualifying purchase.

To join the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate account information.

• Operate a website, business, or online presence that aligns with CostAllocation Pro’s brand guidelines.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any applicant from the Program at our discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote CostAllocation Pro in a truthful, ethical, and non-misleading manner.

• Use only approved marketing assets, links, and materials provided by CostAllocation Pro.

• Refrain from spamming, unsolicited messaging, trademark bidding, coupon site posting (unless authorized), or any deceptive marketing practices.

• Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines for endorsements and disclosures.

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you sign up using my link.”).

4. Affiliate Links

You will be provided with a unique referral link. Commissions are tracked through this link only. CostAllocation Pro is not responsible for referrals that are not properly tracked due to:

• Browser restrictions

• Deleted cookies

• User device settings

• Use of ad blockers

• Affiliate error/misuse

5. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 20% commission on each paid subscription payment they refer.

Commission Terms

• Commissions are based on the amount actually paid by the customer.

• Refunds, chargebacks, disputed payments, or promotional discounts may reduce or eliminate commission eligibility.

• No commissions are earned on your own purchases or fraudulent/suspicious signups.

• Commission percentage may change with written notice.

6. Payouts

• Payouts are made monthly.

• Payments are made via PayPal.

• You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate and up to date.

• Any transaction fees from payment processors will be deducted from the payout.

7. Cookie Duration

Referral cookies last 60 days from the user's first click on your affiliate link.
If a user signs up within that period, you receive credit for the referral.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use paid ads targeting our brand name, domain name, or trademarked terms.

• Misrepresent yourself as CostAllocation Pro or create fake accounts.

• Use spam, bots, or incentivized traffic.

• Create misleading claims, false promises, or deceptive statements about the product.

• Promote to audiences or channels that violate our brand guidelines.

Violation may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

9. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or representative of CostAllocation Pro.
You cannot bind or speak on behalf of the company.

10. Intellectual Property

All marketing assets, logos, branding, and materials provided remain the property of CostAllocation Pro.
You may use them solely for the purpose of promoting the Program.
Unauthorized modifications or misuse are prohibited.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination:

• All affiliate rights and access will be revoked.

• You must remove all affiliate links and marketing materials.

• Any unpaid commissions on invalid/violating referrals will be forfeited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Program you release and hold harmless CostAllocation Pro, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the Program, including any property damage, personal injury, death, or the awarding, receipt, or use of any Reward.

13. Program Modifications

We may update, modify, or discontinue the Program at any time, including commission rates, policies, or payment schedule.
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

14. Governing Law

Except where prohibited, disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or related to this Program shall be governed by Alabama law (without reference to its conflicts of laws principles), and participant agrees to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Birmingham, Alabama consistent with the Terms of Service.

15. Acceptance

By participating in the CostAllocation Pro Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
