We have been using Cost Allocation Pro for a few months, and it has been so helpful. Before payroll allocations to meet our nonprofit funders requirements took a full week, now we can do it in a day. I have to reallocate expenses at month-end across seven classes. Previously, this required upwards of 40-50 sets of journal entries per expense, which works out to several hundred line items of journal entries. The tool is WELL worth the expense and is a tremendous time saver for me.
